Here at Florida Wholesale Printing, we have over 20 years

with services from conception to completion on all your business needs.
How Does It Work?
You can speak to one of our Sales
Representatives to help you with your project or go directly to the
Receiving Department if all your answers are met and want to begin the
process.
Our Sales Department
The Sales Department will help answer any
questions you have, access your project and guide you through the
printing process. They can give you knowledgeable information on the
process for each of your printing needs, timelines for production and
the most competitive prices in the industry. Once these factors have
been determined, they will send you onto the next stage which often is
the Art Department unless you have artwork already prepared to go.
Our Art Department
The artists in our Art Department have all
the latest versions of the most commonly used art programs in the
industry. They have years of experience designing everything from
business cards to full color multi-page magazines. They are used to
strict deadlines to keep the job on schedule. The Art Department is
where most of the collaborative work between Florida Wholesale Printing and the
client happens. The client will provide any company logos, information
and requests for their project to begin. The artist will then take that
information and design the needed piece. The first draft will be sent
to the client for approval via email, fax or regular mail. The client
will then review the piece for typos and design approval. The piece
will either go back for revisions or be approved with a signature
signing off that the piece is ready to be scheduled out for print.
Our Receiving Department
If you are preparing your files
yourself, you can deliver them to us in person, send them through
regular mail, e-mail them, or place your order online. Once our
Receiving Department has verified your order information (such as size,
amount, turnaround time, etc.) your order is delivered directly to our
Pre-Press Department. It is very important to prepare your files
according to our specifications. Please make sure that you review our
section on How To Prepare Artwork prior to submitting your order.
Our Pre-Press Department
The job of the Pre-Press Department is
to open the files submitted for the job and verify that everything was
prepared correctly for printing (called preflight). If there are any
errors with the document or if anything is missing, they will contact
you. If everything is correct, the order is immediately scheduled for
press time.
Our Printing Department
At the presses, your job is placed to be
printed with other jobs that share your turnaround time. After being
printed, either the job is completed at this point or it continues on
to the Bindery Department.
Our Bindery Department
In the Bindery Department, your job will
get its finishing touches whether it be stitched, numbered, padded etc.
From here, your job will go on to the Delivery Department.
Our Delivery Department
Your job in its finality will be prepared for shipping or local delivery.
